J710GN Hard Reset
Step 1: Power off the Phone
Step 2: Press Power Button , Up Button and Home Button at the same time. Wait Until you see the photo below.
Step 3: Select "wipe data factory reset" using volume up or down and confirm by using the power button. After that you will see the picture below.
Step 4: Again use the volume up and down to select "Yes delete all user data" and press power to confirm. Wait for a few minutes for the device to format itself and restart.
After that your phone will be back from its factory default state.
